    An eye opener to the, usually erroneous, concepts on our body physiology. One hour of exercises/education stretches changed the chronic back pain it was nagging me for weeks. Ended my first session saying “Butch, I don’t feel my back” …what else can I say; Thank you ☺️- Recommend with no hesitation.
